Suggestions and ideas

The best place to suggest new features and improvements is the ideas board, where you can vote and discuss them with the community.

Content reports

Users can report violations using the Report button directly on the site — the fastest way to alert moderators. For complex cases and appeals against moderation decisions, contact support@multator.org.

For rights holders

Notices of infringement of exclusive rights should be sent to legal@multator.org under Article 15.7 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ of July 27, 2006. Requirements for notices and review deadlines are described in For rights holders.

Official requests

Government bodies, law enforcement agencies and other authorized organizations should send official requests concerning platform content, users’ rights and legal compliance to legal@multator.org.

State the subject of your request in the email subject line and attach official documents in the prescribed manner, along with details identifying the requested information (page links, usernames and time period). We review requests within the deadlines established by applicable law.

Paid feature complaints

Complaints concerning spider purchases and paid features should be sent to support@multator.org from the account’s email address. Procedures and deadlines are set out in the Spider Terms of Use. The processing of personal data when reviewing requests is described in the Privacy Policy.
