Security
How to protect your account and money, what parents should know and where to report violations.
Protect your account
- Use a strong, unique password and do not share it, even with friends or “moderators”.
- Enable two-factor authentication or a passkey in security settings.
- Multator staff never ask for your password, an email code or bank card details. Any such request is a scam.
- Check the site address. The only official address is multator.org. Do not enter your details on lookalike sites or follow links in suspicious messages.
- If you notice an unfamiliar sign-in, change your password and contact support@multator.org.
Children’s safety
You may use Multator independently from age 14. Younger children need a parent or other legal representative who creates the account and supervises its activity.
- Adult content and any material that could harm children are prohibited and removed; see the Community Rules.
- Explain to your child that they must not share their address, phone number or school with strangers or meet them offline.
- Privacy settings let you limit who can send private messages and see profile details.
- If an adult messages a child about personal or intimate topics, report it immediately and contact support@multator.org: the account may be suspended and, where justified, information is passed to authorized authorities.
Money and spiders
- Top up only through the official form in the Spiders section. Offers to buy cheaper spiders outside the service or through direct card transfers are scams.
- Spiders cannot be exchanged for money, sold or withdrawn. Any promise of a withdrawal is a scam.
- Spider transfers between users are irreversible. Do not transfer spiders to strangers promising prizes, giveaways or doubling your balance.
- Parents: payments by children under 18 require your consent. If a payment was made without it, contact support@multator.org and attach documents. The procedure for these requests is described in the Spider Terms of Use.
- Do not save card details in a child’s browser, and enable transaction confirmation with your bank.
Respectful communication
- Critique the work, not the creator. Insults, bullying and threats are prohibited and lead to feature restrictions or suspension.
- Do not respond to provocation; report it instead. A moderator can review the conversation and address the issue.
- Do not publish others’ correspondence, photos or personal data: this violates the law and the Rules.
Privacy
We collect only data needed to operate the service: account information, published works and activity within the platform. Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes. We never receive bank card details; the payment service processes them. We do not sell personal data. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
Reports and moderation
If you encounter insults, fraud or inappropriate content, click Report below the animation or comment. The moderation team reviews reports. Since there is no pre-publication check, reports help us remove violations quickly.
If you disagree with a moderation decision, contact support@multator.org within 30 days. We will read your request and respond within a reasonable time; the Administration decides whether to revise the measure.
Official requests
Rights holders, government bodies and law enforcement agencies should send official requests to legal@multator.org. Read more under Contact.
