How do I create an animation?

Sign in and click Create animation in the site header. In the editor, draw frames, add new ones on the timeline, adjust the FPS and save your work. Your drafts are available under My animations.

How do I publish my work?

In the editor, click Publish and enter a title and description. The animation becomes available immediately according to your visibility setting — there is no separate moderation review before publication. Until then, it stays a draft visible only to you.

Who can see my animation?

Published works have three visibility levels. Everyone means the animation appears in feeds, search and your profile. Unlisted means only people with the address can open it, and it is absent from the catalog. Private means only you can see it. You can hide an animation at any time: its frames and video remain stored, and it does not revert to a draft. If it is entered in a contest, withdraw the entry first — visibility changes and deletion are otherwise unavailable. Once submissions close and a winner is being selected, you cannot withdraw the entry.

What is the Sandbox?

Sandbox is a place for unfinished work and experiments. Ask the community for advice without publishing in the main feed. It is useful for learning and getting feedback.

How do I report content?

There is a Report button on animation pages and next to comments. Describe the problem and moderators will receive your report. Since there is no review before publication, reports are the main way to flag violations. For more about permitted content and appeals against moderation decisions, see the Rules.

How old do I need to be to use Multator?

You can use it independently from age 14. Younger children use the service together with a parent or other legal representative who creates the account and is responsible for its activity. Users under 18 need parental consent for paid features.

What are spiders, and can I withdraw them?

Spiders are the service’s virtual currency. Use them for awards, gifts, profile decoration, the advanced editor, audio and the Featured spot, or to fund contest prizes. One spider equals one Russian ruble when topping up. Spiders cannot be exchanged back into money or withdrawn — any withdrawal offers from other users are scams.

Can I get a refund for spiders?

The service is considered delivered when spiders are credited to your balance, so refunds are generally unavailable. Money is refunded if payment succeeded but spiders were not credited, if you were charged twice, or if a paid feature was never provided. Other situations — including accidental purchases, being outbid for the Featured spot, losing a contest and account suspension — do not qualify for a refund. Where should I start as a beginner?

Create a short animation with a few frames — a bouncing ball, for example. Publish a draft in the Sandbox marked Advice wanted and see how other creators discuss the work. When you feel confident, create a complete animation for the main feed.
